Beats by Dr Dre
Beats by Dr. Dre have been an extreme success and very popular in our society today. Beats has lots of big names such as Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, Colin Kapernick, Lebron James and now the Warriors very own Draymond Green representing their brand. The large amount of reporters in the commercial makes the point that Draymond Green is someone of importance specifically in the basketball world. The reporters during the commercial are criticizing and making rude comments to Draymond which is leading up to why he uses the Beats. Finally towards the middle of the Draymond has had enough of the criticism and places the Beats over his ears.
The Beats allows Draymond to block out all of the noise (interviewers) in his life and makes all of the noise go away. What Beats shows that when you just want to remove yourself from a situation you can take yourself out of it with just placing the beats over your ears. By having a popular player such as Draymond Green targets basketball fans to wanting this product. Fans see that if some of their favorite players are using this product that it will make them want to buy it so that way they could be just like them. The image of owning beats will just make the buyer feel as if they are one step closer to being like their favorite player or artist.
